The PSi PP 405 is a Serial Impact Dot Matrix (SIDM) printer with a 24 pin print head  and flexible media management. The combination of multiple input, high speed printing and durability make this a cost effective replacement for a line printer. PSI-PP-405 Serial Dot Matrix Printer

The PP405 PSi printer offers one single sheet feeder, one tractor feed and up to three Auto Sheet Feet (ASF) cassettes. The 136 column width, print speeds of 600 CPS and Automatic Gap Control can do high speed print jobs of varying widths and thickness. The print bar is designed to produce 6 copies. The ribbon can produce 15 million characters.

The rugged design of the PP-405 and its modular interface (Personality Modules) allow this SIDM to mix with a wide variety of operating systems and network environments. The versatility and wide range of features of this high speed impact printer drives down the total cost of ownership (TOC). The PSi PP 405 can perform as a business form printer, check printer or multipart form printer.
